SHIPPING POLICY
All orders received before 8pm on Fridays will be processed and shipped on the following Saturday (Excluding holidays).

We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
Fast-track shipping: 24-48 hours
European shipping: 7-15 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at a flat rate. Customers can view shipping costs during the checkout process before finalising their order. Orders over £100 receive free shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number. You can track your order using the provided number.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mwala. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return or exchange policy. You may return or exchange any unworn or defective item within 30 days of purchase.
